Career Coaching and Guidance

Where someone is to leave your employment it may be appropriate to assist them for their future and help them orientate themselves to best advantage in the marketplace. This cannot usually be satisfactorily addressed ‘in-house’.

Over a two month period we aim to support the individual(s) to help them find a new role. We meet face-to-face with the individual at the outset and twice more at the end of each 30 day period. We establish where they would like to apply their skills, counsel the individual as to how to address their career experience in the light of their new in­tended path and develop a personal promotion programme for them. We will also ad­vise them on a CV – the essential personal marketing document. We monitor their pro­gress against the agreed programme and guide them throughout the two month period when there is NO LIMIT TO THE ACCESS THEY HAVE TO OUR CONSULTANTS.
