MGpeople draws upon years of first-hand experience of the challenging complexities of modern business and the belief that it is people that ultimately determine the success of any organisation.  Where the individuals and the teams within an organisation work effectively then the organisation will work effectively.   Given the wide range of challenges faced in the workplace can that be achieved?

The intent of MGpeople is to "Provide solutions to team and individual challenges" by utilising a variety of tools and proven strategies that improve communications and relationships in the workplace and thus, productivity.

My innovative and bespoke delivery is delivered through three main programmes.  I work alongside both individuals and teams within SME's and recruitment companies.  The start point is always to build a detailed understanding of the business and the issues. From there I work alongside the key players to create and implement a plan that will deliver outcomes solving those issues.

However good the product or service, any enterprise only succeed through people. We put so much focus on the bottom line that we tend to forget about the central role played by people within the organisation and we can lose sight of the pressures they face.  Exploring, identifying and then managing the consequential effects of their working environment is vital if they are to be effective:

 

  • What stresses are they under?  

         Would it be useful to understand perspectives of work at a team            and individual level to improve performance? Yes!

 

  • What anxieties do they have about their job?  

         If we can take away anxiety will people perform better? Yes!

 

  • How is their performance affected by pressure?  

         Can improvements be made to the work environment to improve            performance? Yes!

 

  • Why is there so much conflict in the workplace?     

         Can a collaborative and team-based culture be developed? Yes!

 

  • Why do so many people leave companies?              

         Can the impact and costs associated with high staff turnover be            improved? Yes!

 

Answers to most of these questions lie simply in improving people communication. Understand that and you can then put the right tools in place to directly address issues and enhance morale, sustainability, productivity and ultimately that bottom line.
