Throughout the expansion of the business we decided to look at how customers perceive us.  

 

Customer service is a vital element of the business. We contacted Mark to deliver the "NLP for Business" model to improve our understand of customers, but more so, how we portray ourselves.  We learnt about People Communication and how to read body language and the way people access information, along with a bunch of others tools to put customer service first.  

 

We measured this over a three month period and we received positive feedback from both regular and new customers.
